The Mason Templates give you access to pre-constructed, complex layouts by just dragging-and-dropping them onto your page. Change the pre-populated content out for your own and suddenly those complex layouts come to life.
The various templates included in Mason can be paired with your current content or matched up with other pre-made Mason templates to create unique layouts and designs.
Mason includes a variety of content section designs to take your pages to the next level. We've included both generic layouts as well as design inspired by some of the web's most popular sites.
The Mason templates will be installed within your Stacks Library. Using them is as easy as dragging and dropping the various templates from the Stacks library to your page.
In this video we show you the basics of using these templates to improve your site designs.
Stacks v4, by default should show templates in your main Stacks library. If you're not seeing them there you might have disabled that feature in your Stacks v4 settings. You can re-enable it, as seen here in the screenshot to the left.
The free Mason templates are built using various stacks across several of our products. Mason templates use stacks that are included in Foundry v2+, Potion Pack v1.x+ and Thunder Pack v1.x+. In order to make full use of these free pre-made templates you'll need to own and have those items installed, otherwise you'll see a message stating that some stacks are missing.
You'll also need to be running Stacks v4 or newer as templates like the Mason layouts were introduced in Stacks v4.
